My name is Charlie Cona.
I was born and raised in West Islip, New York. Growing up in a big Italian family, everything revolved around food. I can remember waking up on Sunday mornings with the smell of Sunday sauce cooking in the kitchen.

I would sneak downstairs grabbing a fried meatball and dipping a piece of bread in the hot macaroni sauce. There was nothing better. I always loved to cook — spending many holidays with my mother and sisters cooking for people.
In April of 2023, me and my best friend started our pizza food truck in Hardin County. I didn’t have a dough recipe or really anything about how to run a food truck. Luckily we pulled it off. Our business grew and got so big we couldn’t keep up with the demand for our tasty pizza.
In February 2024, we got the chance to get a spot to open a restaurant in Adamsville, TN.
I would go every morning to work on the building then go work the food truck at night and go home to make dough for the next day. I did this for 5 months till it was time to open our restaurant.
June of 2024 we did it. All the dreams and hard work has paid off. Now we have a place that has real Authentic New York Style Pizza. Dough made fresh daily in house and quality ingredients that when you bite into the pizza you feel like you’re back in New York.
